Jets Reassign Toninato to Moose

The Winnipeg Jets announced the team reassigned forward Dominic Toninato to the Manitoba Moose.
Toninato, 29, appeared in 49 games for the Moose and recorded 33 points (19G, 14A) in that span. Six of those tallies turned into game-winning markers, which co-leads the Moose this season. The Duluth, Minn. product also has one assist in four games with the Jets. Toninato has 168 games of NHL experience under his belt between Colorado, Florida and Winnipeg, recording 30 points (12G, 18A) in those contests. Toninato also owns 157 games of AHL experience between San Antonio, Colorado, Springfield and Manitoba and has tallied 86 points (48G, 38A) over that span. Toninato was a fifth round pick (126th overall) of Toronto in the 2012 NHL Draft.
