Jets Assign Ford to Moose

The Winnipeg Jets announced today the team assigned forward Parker Ford to the Manitoba Moose.
Ford, 23, recorded five points (1G, 4A) in four games to lead the Winnipeg Jets in scoring during the 2023 pre-season.
The winger made his AHL debut with the Moose against the Laval Rocket on March 28, 2023 and tallied his first professional goal in the contest. Ford went on to record four points (2G, 2A) in eight regular season games with the Moose. He also appeared in five postseason contests.
The Wakefield, RI native captained the Providence Friars (NCAA) in 2022-23 and led the team with 12 goals and 26 points, while finishing as a Hockey East Third Team All-Star. Ford played four seasons with Providence and recorded 94 points (41G, 53A) in 131 games.
Internationally, Ford represented Team USA at the 2020 World Junior Hockey Championships and played five games.
Today’s transaction brings the current Moose roster to 35 players.
